Tomato Stuffed Mushrooms

These little stuffed mushrooms are delicious.  I cooked them on the grill, but they could be cooked in the oven as well.

You'll need:
2 medium tomatoes
1 package of mushrooms
1/2 tsp rosemary
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
4 strips turkey bacon
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Cook bacon and chop finely.  Wash the mushrooms and remove the stem in the middle.
Mix all ingredients together.  Put in a Cuisinart and pulse just a few times.  Fill the mushrooms with your mixture. 
Place on grill at medium heat and cook for 15 minutes.
