Stuffed Jalapenos with Crumbled Bacon

These are amazing.  While surfing the Internet, I saw a recipe for a similar idea, although they were only made with cream cheese and shredded cheese.  Like all recipes, I decided to add my own spin on these.
You will need:
16 ozs Jalapeno peppers
8 oz Softened Neufchatel Cheese (Very similar to cream cheese except it's lower in calories)
1/4 Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup sweet, mild salsa
1/4 bread crumbs
5 strips Turkey Bacon
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  In medium bowl, mix all ingredients.  Next wash jalapenos.  Cut the tops off and clean the guts and seeds out of the jalapenos.  If you leave the seeds in the peppers they will be a little more spicy.  Spray cooking spray on a cookie sheet.  Fill the peppers with the mixture and place on cookie sheet.  After cooking the bacon, finely chop it and put a generous amount on each pepper.  Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
