Last weekend we had a family movie night. We rented several movies and vegged out on the couch and ate yummy foods. I had seen these on pinterest several week ago, and with Noah's love for chicken I knew I just had to give this recipe a whirl. Results? Delicious!
3 cups shredded cooked chicken with garlic
1/4 to 1/2 cup hot sauce (to taste)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp sweet salsa
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3 or 4 cups Corn Flakes cereal, crushed
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese and hot sauce, cheddar cheese and salsa.
- Roll a a large tablespoon of mixture into ball and place onto a plate. Complete this step until all mixture has been used.
- In three bowl put flour in one, a eggs in another, and corn flakes in the third.
- Dip each chicken ball first into the flour, then the egg and ending with the Corn Flakes.
- Put balls on cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Can use any of your favorite sauce for dipping.
